By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The app

Lemma is a game of logic puzzles. It is free to download and free to play. It is supported by ads and by optional in-app purchases.

2. Coins

Coins are a virtual currency used only inside the app, to pay for hints, mistake checks, streak freezes and past daily puzzles.

3. Purchases

The app offers:

There are no subscriptions. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.

Purchases are made from Apple through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded, what it gave is removed: a refunded Remove Ads or Starter turns ads back on. Prices may change for future purchasers; a purchase already made is not affected.

Remove Ads and Starter can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account, from Restore purchases in the Store.

4. Ads

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. The developer does not choose individual ads and is not responsible for their content or for the products and services they promote. See the Privacy Policy for what data ads use and how to change your choices.

Video ads that pay coins are always optional. Coins are paid only when the ad is watched to the end, up to the daily limit shown in the app.

5. Offline play

Puzzles are made on your device, so the app works without a connection. Because the free game is paid for by ads, a daily limit applies to starting new puzzles offline. Saved games, today’s dailies and archive puzzles you have unlocked are never limited, and Remove Ads owners have no limit.

6. Acceptable use

Do not tamper with the app to obtain coins or purchases without paying for them, interfere with its ads, or use it in any way that breaks the law where you are.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, except where that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.

7. Changes to the app

The app may be updated, and features, puzzle types and the coin economy may be changed, added or removed. The developer will try to give notice in the release notes of any change that affects coins or purchases. If the app is ever withdrawn, unspent coins have no refund value.

8. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free, or that progress, streaks or coins will never be lost.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, coins, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Apple

These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, these terms apply to the extent the law allows. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The effective date above changes with them and the current version appears at this address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

12. Where you stand

The app is published by an independent developer based in Armenia and is distributed worldwide through Apple’s App Store.

Nothing here removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. Where these terms and that law disagree, that law wins.
