New Lines — Support

A colour-lines puzzle. Move a ball, line up five or more of the same colour, and clear the board — across dozens of levels that grow, add colours and, later on, put you on a clock. Free to play, on iPhone and Android.

It is listed on the App Store as New Lines 22.

FAQ

Is this a subscription? No. Everything in the store is a one-time purchase: coin packs, and “Remove Ads”. Nothing renews and nothing expires.

What are coins for? Undo a move, use a bomb, or open a level or a whole package early without playing up to it. You earn coins by finishing levels — a better rating pays more — and you can pick up a few more by watching a short video from the store. Buying a pack is optional; every level can be reached by playing.

I bought coins and they have not appeared. Close the game fully and open it again — the store sometimes confirms a purchase a moment after you leave it. If the coins are still missing after that, email us with the platform and the date of the purchase.

How do I get “Remove Ads” back on a new phone? Open the store in the game (the coin counter or the cart button) and tap Restore. Sign in with the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with. Coin packs are used up when you buy them and are not restored — they were already added to your balance at the time.

Can I get a refund? Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. On iPhone use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use the Google Play order history or support.google.com/googleplay.

Do I need an account? No. There is no sign-up, no login and no password. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account or Google account by the store.

Does my progress carry over to another device? On iPhone, level progress and your coin balance sync through iCloud to other devices signed in to the same Apple Account, as long as iCloud Drive is on. On Android, progress stays on the device it was made on.

Why do I see ads, and how do I stop them? The game is free and shows a banner while you play, an occasional full-screen ad between levels, and — only when you choose it — a video that pays out coins. Remove Ads in the store turns them all off for good — including the coin videos, so the “free coins” offers disappear from the store and the level-complete card once you have bought it.

I was asked whether I allow tracking / a consent form came up. In the European Economic Area and the UK a consent form appears before any ad is requested; on iPhone the system also asks once whether the game may use your advertising identifier. Either answer is fine — you will still see ads, they will just be less tailored if you decline.

I quit a level and lost my progress on it. Leaving a level mid-way does not save it — the game warns you before you go. A level you have finished stays finished, with its stars.

Some levels have a timer. On those levels you have a set number of seconds per move, shown above the board. Run out and your turn is skipped: the next balls drop onto the board as if you had moved.

I got a notification about a level (iPhone). If you leave a level unfinished, the game sends one reminder two days later. It is a local reminder from the app itself, not a message from a server. Turn it off in iOS Settings → Notifications → New Lines.

Can I replay the tutorial? Yes — open Settings (the gear) and tap Tutorial, from the menu or from inside a level.
